All of our new boot camp members are required to complete a 1 on 1 personal training session prior to starting our women’s boot camp program. After this initial session you can choose which option is best for you!
Don’t worry we are here to help & guide you through this experience. We know ‘Fitness’ can be a little daunting you might have just had a baby, gone through a big life change, put on weight or simply want a little extra kick up the butt. No matter what the reason we generally want to help you achieve your goals. It could be anything from increased fitness to weight loss or even an increase in confidence after a break up.
We offer personal training sessions which specialise in weight loss, toning, body sculpting, and lifestyle changes. We offer personal training at:

- Regular weigh-ins including measurements, weight & body composition testing
